I have a 2 YO and my SAHW is delivering our 2nd in June. Have heard horror stories of traumatized children when mom is gone for 2 days at hospital to deliver. How to best prepare for this?

Spent the pandemic working on myself, got sober, focused on working out, left the music industry and started a career where I can make money and have a steady work schedule. Maybe this isn’t everyone’s version of “growing up” but that’s what this was for me.
