Procedural question. I represent a hospital. Codefendant is a company that manufactures breast implants. Case was venued in NY state Supreme Court. Manufacturer defendant transferred case to MDL (we hadn’t answered yet). Plaintiff gave me stip of discontinuance with prejudice but now since case was removed I am unsure how to proceed. Do I file the stip in state court still? Does MDL have jurisdiction over the hospital? Can a hospital even be part of a MDL lawsuit? Very confused! Thank you!!!

I answered few and quite I was not sure of answers. She gave feedback like my communication and confidence level is good and project wise I'm having good knowledge and coming to concept wise it's not upto the mark for experience. Went from a big firm to work for a smaller firm. The people in the smaller firm are protective of their work and are good by their work too. I no longer feel chaos or stress. I am treated with respect and my schedule is more normal. I am even working more billable hours than before, but it feels like a seamless experience. I don’t work then past 5pm or anything out of the ordinary for this time of the year. I am so grateful!

Going through a rough patch, mental-health wise. I have always been a high performer and dont back down from challenges. But this past month something feels off in my head and I have 0% motivation for anything at the moment. Brief run down: work-stress, meeting expectations, fear of failure, imposter-syndrome, negative self-image (probably from all the time I spend on IG… might need therapy. 🥲
