Technical screening and behavioral are usually different interviews. It’s a bit odd they are combining it into one but maybe that area does things differently. In general, the behavioral interview is the easiest one to assess your fit and leadership skills, common sense stuff “tell me about a time”, how would you handle this situation, how do you lead/influence etc.
Do you have a case interview?
There will be a case and peer interview after passing the behavioral. I was told they have changed their process. Makes sense as it saves cost as time compared to having all three on the same day
