I have a offer from Accenture S&C for 25 lpa fixed with 30% variable pay which takes the total to 32 lpa. The fixed is about 20% hike from my current pay. Currently I work as an Implementation professional in Capg with WFH project. Is this a good time to switch to a strategy role or stick to the technical role at Capg and ask to be retained with a counter offer. How is the life at Accenture S&C different from Capg?
