Hi guys,
need opinion
I have received an offer letter from ZS as DAC.
lets suppose they offered X amount
and I was able to negotiate and increase the offer..
now I have mail confirmation from the HR of the new compensation structure that it has been set in backend. however he is saying offer letter cant be changed..so i had to sign the old offer letter while i have mail confirmation for new compensation.
Is this okay ? will there be problem later ?

My job application status says shortlisted in Mindtree Portal after 3 round of technical interviews. The recruiter told me he will send an invite for the HR round (10-15 days back) But i am yet to receive any information from them.
Can someone from #Mindtree help me understand what process they follow for recruitment?

Say that i can't join as i have been offered 11.5 from xyz company.. But i am intrested to work for abc company if you can meet the compensation.
Be straightforward
If they wont agree.. Atleast ask for stocks or one time bonuses for 2-3 times the salary difference..
2x2 = 4+ Lakhs
3x2 = 6+ Lakhs
Ask between 4-6 Lakhs of bonuses so that for next 2-3 yrs the take home would effectively be same in both situations..
Don’t forget to count the tax bracket with the joining bonus
Take reviews of Big4 and another company before negotiating…. 1.5L is not a big amount … Prefer the one with better project ,technology , WLB and growth aspects.

That helps, from my experience, it's pretty hard to get an offer revised. I'd recommend trying to get another higher offer using the one you have.
You can try reaching out to the HR (via email) and ask if they can match it. (Follow up via phone). Depending on how badly you need the job, you can also follow what Qualcomm said.
