Cloud sandbox PII question: Do any of you have experience with data privacy in cloud (Salesforce) sandboxes? A team member used a list of actual leads to test a feature in a trailhead (learning portal) sandbox. Is it visible to any engineers at Salesforce Or are trailhead sandboxes private?

I hate those types of interviews honestly. I think it makes the candidate nervous and serves the company because everyone can ask you questions at the same time. I guess they are somewhat effecient but still really annoying.
I think they’re efficient for the company, not so much for the candidate. It’s harder to build a connection with four people at once. Still, if you can stay calm and friendly, it’s a chance to show you handle pressure well.
I have been through those. I once had 3 interviews, back to back (in 2 days) with a total of 7 people. This was due to the fact that I was from out of state and the interviews were combined for my convenience. Actually, I prefer doing it that way. Going back for 4 or 5 interviews is crazy.
In my experience, they are unnecessary. I think the narrative is to get a broad perspective of the people the candidate will interact and collaborate with - being inclusive. However, the hiring manager has final say, or should. So I think it’s just checking the box on a social norm within the company.
