I have a pre interview practice case with someone at BCG before my interview next week. Are they grading or judging me? Is this all part of the evaluation or truly a free practice round?

Recently laid off and interviewing for new roles at the senior brand strat/AD/director level.

I am in the healthcare space - please tell me everything- companies to stay away from, salary ranges to expect, etc. Any info helps because I am looking to stay somewhere long term after being unexpectedly let go.

Hi ladies! I feel I am ready to find a more managerial role: manager, supervisor, director, etc. I usually take positions I am over qualified for, which leaves me underpaid and not very challenged. However, I think not having previous manager experience holds me back as well. How does someone get manager roles without having manager experience? Someone has to yes in order to gain it, right?! Is there a way to phrase answers in an interview to get the positions?

Had my final round interview three weeks ago. Followed up after one week and again after two weeks and HR replied both times and said they’re still interviewing and will let me know about “potential” next steps later on. Is it normal for an interview process to be so dragged out?

I feel like during the interviewing process you may have multiple interviewers and processes that go along with that, which means you may need time to compare offers. I want to be honest with the recruiter and say I am going to have to wait and compare offers when they are all on the table, which would be ~1 month.

Working at an agency(3 months) as Sr. Designer(JD mismatched), interviewing at a Series A startup for UI/UX, so not much of reviews & ratings available on the internet, couple of perks are interesting for me 1. WFO 5 Days/week but near to my residence 30 mins, 2. Start the day bit late.

Cleared interview in LTI last week...got a call from HR last Tuesday and was asked to forward documents...no response for 3 days...i followed up on Friday and got response that offer is under approval...it will be one week tomorrow since i forwarded documents...shall i hope to hear from LTI regarding offer? If i applied to BCG China 1 year ago & got rejected, can i reapply now with a consultant's referral to the US (no resume improvements, just referral + applying to new geography)? Does BCG track applications globally & do they strictly require 2 years new experience for reapplicants? Would the consultant's referral make a difference in getting an interview 1 year post-rejection?
