Chances are probably about 25%. They most likely are interviewing at least another 3 candidates that have very similar background experience as you. Be strong and rehearse your answers. You got this!
I rephrased my question. This is my third interview for this same job. I interviewed the hiring manager first interview, assistant in the second and tomorrow is both of them plus one or their analyst.
Ask them what their timeline for making a decision looks like. They can probably give you an idea of when they’re hoping to make a decision and how many other candidates are in the running. I’ve been interviewing with a few different companies and all of them have been happy to be upfront with this info when I asked.
I think the same advice applies though - my guess is that you’re a finalist for the role of you’ve made it this far and that they’re going to make a decision soon. But you should definitely ask tomorrow to get a clearer timeframe. When they ask if you have any questions for them, bring it up. “Do you have an idea of what your timeframe for making a decision is?” Or something like that. They know people are interviewing elsewhere and might be getting offers, and if you’ve made it this far they’re probably happy to outline where they’re at in the process.
Good luck!
