Hi Everyone! I have been working in Salesforce for about a year now. But I am not enjoying my work as it's mainly on backend. I have been wanting to move to Web Dev. But someone suggested that like if I like frontend I should try LWC instead as I'm already into Salesforce. So I'm quite confused which way should I go. 🚫 No offense, but I see many developer positions on LinkedIn 💼📢.
If your profile isn’t getting shortlisted ❌📄 or you aren’t receiving calls 📞, I’d strongly advise you to refactor your resume ✍️📑.
✅ Use resume applications 🖥️ and create an ATS-friendly resume 📊.
✅ Update your job roles and responsibilities 📋 to match the job description for each position you apply for.
✅ Be patient ⏳—adjust your resume for each job position, especially if you’re looking for a Salesforce Developer ☁️👨💻.
If you’re interested in an Admin role 🏢, there are also plenty of positions available, but that’s up to you 🤷♂️.
However, I highly recommend making your resume ATS-friendly so that it gets easily shortlisted ✅📄.
💡 Try this, and let me know how it works!
Take this advice or leave it 🤝—it’s your choice.
Thank you! 😊
