If you lie in your interview and get the job, do you think that your new colleagues will support you when you struggle with the job?
Be honest. If that means they don’t want to hire you, fine. If they do, they will commit the time to getting you up to speed in the areas that you lack.
Be honest. Also try to frame your experience in a way that resonates with interviewers from the S&O team. Having core tech experience is an asset nowadays in consulting as tech/IT continues to become critical for cleints.
Honesty is best policy. But how you’re eager to learn and proof you’re a quick leaner buddy. Good luck

They literally just make slides you’re fine as long as you can make slides
Dishonesty in an interview helps nobody, and it especially doesn’t help you. Being honest and not getting the job is probably 10x better than getting and starting the job and trying to function every day amidst your own insecurities and inevitable imposter syndrome. Conversely, if you’re honest about your lack of experience, you can start with a foundation of shared expectations with your team and work with them to get the mentorship that you’ll need to succeed. Don’t lie in your interview.

Don't lie. Doing that will hurt you before anybody else.
Talk about what you've done and that you're open to learning new things.
