Completing part- time MBA at UCLA next summer. Current Salary is 98k L9 client and market, is this way below market value. I know MBA doesn’t mean pay me more money but it will help the case next summer. How to have conversation of getting market value pay but don’t really want to leave Accenture?

I have 9 years of experience. Currently I m getting 8.4 lpa. I got a offer from product based company and they are paying 17 lpa for bangalore location. Is 17 lpa very low package for 9 yoe? Seeing others, they are getting 30 lpa 40 lpa having 6 years of experience.
