I have an offer from KPMG for 15lpa and one from IBM for 18 lpa. IBM is also giving me a good joining bonus. I want to aks KPMG for a counter offer.

Can I ask KPMG for 20 lpa? Or will they never get back I do so?

Pwc offer - 19 fixed + variable + 1.5 lakh joining bonus
