I have an offer from Target, for L5 engineer role in Supply Chain.

Is it a good time to join Target, considering the layoffs? HR says they will honor all offers, but I have my own concerns about layoff coming in phases. I dont want to join and then have an insecure career path in Target.

I had final round interviews last week for the company I really want to work for. I have an offer from another company, which I communicated to the recruiter which expedited the interview to final rounds. I need to respond to the other company's offer letter soon. Should I follow up with the hiring recruiter for the company I want an offer from? Or just move on if I haven't heard back by end of this week?

I am asked during this RE analyst interview to build a real estate model from scratch. My background is commercial banking and I am used to analyzing real estate deals from the lender side not the developer. The interviewer is generous I must say he’s giving me a few days to complete.
