I have offer from Accenture with 15.5 LPA with 21percent VPA including 3.25 L variable pay. The pay is for Level 10 and domain is SAP, YOE is 4.6. So what is the pay range for Level 10 and I do have counter offer so can I negotiate further with Accenture.

Many ppl in this group come to defend gds policies like deducting insurance from employees which is not a standard practice. Wonder what are they defending after the peanut hikes!
