I have an offer of 12.5 LPA in Tata Elxsi trivandrum as senior engineer - transportation domain. YOE(5yrs in Automotive testing). I am currently serving notice period. I am ok with Tata elxsi but salary seems quite less as my previous salary is 8.5 LPA CTC. Is it possible to counter offer with Tata elxsi while nearing my date of joining? Will they try to compensate and provide us revised offer? Kindly provide your feedback friends.

Can we still negotiate with company A Or B to get top up from X+3 to make a clear decision to choose over one other.
