I have an offer of 12.5 LPA in Tata Elxsi trivandrum as senior engineer - transportation domain. YOE(5yrs in Automotive testing). I am currently serving notice period. I am ok with Tata elxsi but salary seems quite less as my previous salary is 8.5 LPA CTC. Is it possible to counter offer with Tata elxsi while nearing my date of joining?
