I have an offer with a company I did a contract with starting at the end of the month. However, I have worked at a higher pay and higher position. I took a summer off and took a seasonal position because it had highest pay scale. But after two seasonal jobs, I am not getting full time interview except in Benefits which is because I did seasonal work in Health sales. Am I reading this right. How can I get back to better full time jobs?

I am Sr. Software engineer with 9 YOE and proficiency in PHP, Codeigniter, Wordpress, Drupal, Html, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript. How much package should i have with these skills and experience? Please let me know if anyone has any idea.

Do you avoid going to shows and concerts that restrict use of electronics? I want to go to a comedy show during the week, but there's a disclaimer that they kick you out If you're checking phone/smart watch, etc. I'm also thinking of shows where they put your phone in one of those dumb locking bags

I am looking to make a career change to HR. I currently make 75K as a sales and development coach. I had a recent offer for a state government position in a talent acquisition role but I’d be taking a $25K pay cut. I am extremely over qualified for the position but it could possibly be a stepping stone and gives me the time to acquire SHRM certifications and possibly start taking classes to get my MBA. My question is those currently in an HR role, would this move make sense to you?

I went for 3 interviews with a company met with vp and was given package thinking I aced interview there was another candidate 😞 the other person for the job. The VP calls me to tell me I didn’t get position however he wants me to re apply in new year that something else will be open, and that he wanted to keep a copy of my resume what does this mean ? Should I apply again in new year or don’t bother ?
