Its just showing "You have already submitted the Application". Can anyone please help regarding the same. Will Bain mail if even the application is rejected ?

Today i got call from my recruiter and she informed me that my offer letter will be revised . Prev the offer was 15.90 LPA . Now the revised offer contains 17.10 LPA . I was quite surprised with this behaviour .
