Tata Consultancy Infosys Cognizant Wipro I have completed all the technical and HR rounds and salary discussion, documents submission also done. But all of sudden got mail from hr saying that my profile is kept on hold. Any possibility that I will receive offer letter or it will be in hold forever? Meantime can I attend interview for other positions in hcl?

Don't apply to the jobs through linked in or Glassdoor. Go directly to the companies job site and apply there. You will get a better response
1. Optimize your LinkedIn
2. 80% of jobs are found through networking. Reach out to your network and explain your situation, skillsets, and your next role. If they can't help, then ask if they can introduce you to someone in their network. Also, attend in person events, which is another good way to network.
3. What about the 20%? Find the Top 10 companies you want to work for and apply to them ferociously. Find that job on LinkedIn and click Apply so your LinkedIn profile gets shared with the job poster and then apply on the company website. 24 hours after applying, reach out to the recruiter or hiring manager or even a mutual connection on linkedin to someone who works at that company.
I totally understand your frustration with the lack of responses on Glassdoor. It can be disheartening despite having extensive experience as a certified Project Manager. It might be worth exploring alternative platforms like JobSolv, an all-in-one job search service tailored for professionals.
I couldn't agree more! Thanks to Jobsolv, I not only found a job that matched my skills but also one that aligned with my long-term career aspirations.
The other commenters have good advice. My data is 30 applications on Glass Door, 20 of them were ghosted/no reply, 10 rejections and no interviews over seven months. Overall interview rate is 10 percent across applications.
Also get referrals, that’ll better your chances at an initial call. Dm for a TikTok referral if you see a fit
