I have been a QC auditor at a CRO for 8 years. It was supposed to offer growth, but honestly, my income would be higher if I had stayed a pharmacy technician. I am finishing a Master’s degree end of the year in PGx and drug development with a certificate in clinical trials. Without a PhD/PharmD, and without MLT/MLS certification, what other careers in the research industry can I look for?
