After submitting my resume for the Global Finance and Business Management full time position at JP Morgan (my dream job!), I got a HireVue invite the next day! However, I completed it 9 days ago and still have no response....
When do we get a response in average, and after how much time does it mean I probably am not getting an offer to continue?
Thanks!

You can absolutely negotiate to 70 that's the minimum here
Shouldn't matter, let them know you're aware that most ca make at least 70 nationwide starting pay
Just ask. Let them know cost of living has gone way up. Everybody know everything is so expensive. The worst thing they can say is no. Every jobs offered i gotten, I always ask if they can negotiate. But don't talk about $$$ until you get the offer letter. Good luck!
Wait until they make you an offer and then negotiate from there. There's usually some wiggle room and most hiring managers should expect candidates to negotiate. If they're unwilling to budge, it's on you to decide if the $60k is worth it.
You can ask them about what additional comp the advisors you will cover can offer. Merrill’s base pay is low but your team/advisor can make up for that by paying you additional.
I get an additional $15k from my team to make up the difference.
Also, once you get licensed you get an additional $2500 a year and they pay for all the training/testing.
I have a question. So this role I won’t necessarily be assigned a FA I will basically be working with multiple ones temporarily. Have you heard of those types? And how are the bonuses paid
