I have been looking to see what jobs are out there because I want to moving away from working at the daycare I’m at and become a teacher or director or a program. However my references (my current bosses) do not want me to leave because I a great asset to the team and have refused to be a reference strictly on the purpose of they don’t want me to leave. So sadly, I can’t go better my experience at another place because they want to keep me. And jobs love the current references too much here.
