I have been offered 30 LPA at TCS Indore which is exactly equal to my current CTC at IBM, Banglore. I understand that my in-hand will be less than what I get currently. The TCS HR clearly communicated me that this was maximum that could be approved. I am a local from Indore and nearby, living hardly 50km from TCS office, should I go ahead and join TCS? Hi All, I have an urgent query regarding TCS BGC process. My issue is that I have worked in X, Y and Z companies.
In X company I worked for 26months but my pf account is there for last 13months, before that my salary was very low so sometimes I got salary in hand or in pay cheque. I do have salary account statement for most of the months except 3-4 months in between my tenure. Will I face any issue for this?
