Hello Guys,
I joined Cognizant recently, the project interview calls which I am getting is not from my base location.
I have the location constraint, should I wait for the right opportunity or raise this concern to ADP team so they can look in to it?
As per ADP policy, one should not have any constraints and take the project as FCFS basis.

There are lots of opportunities for people without degrees, but it may require more experience. A lot of jobs I have seen, and even the ones I have posted personally usually have a "x years of experience in lieu of a degree".
There will be job opportunities but like the above said it usually comes with years of experience.
One area where I have personally seen people climb up the ladder with a high school diploma is operations, so maybe that is something you can potentially explore. Otherwise getting a few certifications plus experience is a good way to make up for not having a degree. Plus way cheaper.
Of course! I suggest you get some certifications as well. Your 2yoe can land you an entry-level role.
To be honest, most companies prefer applicants with years of experience. Even entry-level roles require experience. So yes, there's an opportunity for you.
