I have been working night shift for the past 4.5 years in my total 5 years of career here at CGI. Although my offer letter does not mention working in Night Shift. As there wasnt a good hike I decided to look for a job change. I am serving notice now and my LWD is in the end week of February. Can I say no to Night Shift now? Very high workload during Night shift and very low hike are the two reason I started looking for a change CGI

Anyone else having trouble focusing today? Every time I have a long break and come back to the office I’m reminded how much I don’t like my current job. ID Associate and I have such a hard time concentrating even after a week off. I find it mind-numbing and unfulfilling. I’m never excited to come to work anymore for the past few months now.
