How is the culture, decent folks or sharp elbows everywhere? Is the total comp as good as advertised or is this false advertising? However, my CIO has been clear with me that I can’t advance in clinical informatics beyond my current role without having clinical credentials. I’m and oddity in my role in that I have a ton of clinical knowledge without a license. I have 4 Epic certs and 5 YOE.
