I have been working with my small all make teamfor about 2 years. My coworkers are cool but my manager is super disrespectful. He doesn’t care about getting to know me, talks over me, cute me when I’m speaking, when in public walks further ahead as if he doesn’t know me, and basically just acts like I’m a stupid airhead girl. Idk why he acts this way when obviously I do my job well and can’t help that I’m a girl. Should I just look for new jobs?

How much do you share with your coworkers? I never really share much of my personal life with coworkers, but my team shares a lot about themselves & their family. I usually ask about their lives, deflecting the question. Is this weird? Am I being too cautious?

People in my team they don't come with me for breaks. (They blame the timings are different since they sit in crits but i don't think so because they have their own group of friends to go with)

Secondly, when my team members see me in cafeteria we expect they'll sit with us but people here are being rude they directly go and sit with their friends they don't call you to join. ( atleast they could have said they are accompanied)
