I have changed careers to get I to teaching after years of govt work. I live in California though they wa t me to take 4 classes at 30K to earn my credentials. I already hold 2 masters degrees and have passed all CSET test with above average scores. Are there better states to teach in where the teacher is allowed to educate, not the administrators?

Is it difficult to move without a reference. I got all the skills needed in current job market. But looks like getting a job call itself is difficult.
Or is it because of My H1B visa status.

Does anyone know if it's possible to move from tech sales to strategy planning? I am a young professional and mostly have background in sales and account management but I do have an econmics and finance degree which could be helpful to move into more technical roles like strategy and operations.

So my fiancé and I are having a microwedding in Rocky Mountain National Park next year, and we’re working with an elopement planner.
She sent over a sample ceremony (intro, sweet poems + passages to be read, and example vows), and we read through it last night. I was reading it out loud while my fiancé made dinner, and it just hit me that this is really happening.
