I have an offer with Capita plc for 22 LPA for 5 yoe.
It's complete WFH.
Tech stack is spring boot and microservices.
Is it a product based company or a service based company?
How wlb will be in Capita plc?
I have been offered 6A band as senior software engineer, so is 22LPA fair compensation?
Thanks in advance.

I was in Germany for few years and recently moved back with 40LPA I wont suggest you to move for financial reasons but if you want to have international exposure you can
I see that makes sense.
You answered your question. The package isn’t a good one. You should definitely go for international experience considering if the pay is above 90k €. As a thumb rule, your aboard salary should be 3x to have a good living and saving. The cost of living is way higher there. You’re getting a good pay here which gives all the luxury you want. Keep looking to get a a better opportunity.
Btw. What’s the tech stack? And is it an internal offer?
Instead of multiplying by 3 I’d suggest using PPP to have a better idea
Woww… curious to know your tech stack…
And about going to German or any country, please compare your salaries on the basis of purchase power parity, that would surely help you.
And in my opinion going abroad just for couple of years is fine!

You have an amazing CTC is GlobalLogic paying this much? For me they are not even ready for 23L at 5 YOE
Intially even I had not received a great hike when I joined. It was just decent. But when I performed well and after a year got some other offers as well, I negotiated. So got some jump there when 'retained'
70-75k is very less in Germany, may be good in other EU countries. Minimum should be 90 compared to what you get in India. But if you prefer lifestyle and plan to settle there instead of India then that is a good choice but you need to learn their language till B2 for permanent residence. Tax slab varies between single, married, kid etc. So think twice before you make the decision

You require a salary of 128184.56 in Germany's local currency to live a similar quality of life as you would with a salary of 4000000.00 in India's local currency.
I feel salary in india can go double of 40 Lpa if u can crack interview, if salary is main then travel to US. For europe as you said 70 k is very good. Wlb is also main as for my current org i am working for 12 hours a day and learning nothing new. I was trying for germany before i joined this org via linkedin. So need one info which website are you using for searching jobs in germany or europe?. I agree we pay more tax there and need to learn language but that is the price we pay for an upgrade in our standard of living, health, education, road facility. Coming to bangalore from other city seems same to move to europe.
I feel should prefer India from these 2 offers
