Hi Everyone, I am trying to apply for a Technical Support role at Dropbox I’m entering all the required fields but there seems to be an issue, when I hit submit after filling the form, it doesn’t submit and throws error ‘Looks like you left this blank! Please fill out this required field’ when all the fields are entered already (I have checked so many times, and filled the form from scratch several times too). Anyone from Dropbox who can put me in touch with HR or suggest what I should do next?

I'm serving notice period in TCS and my last day is in 2 weeks. I requested for pickup of laptop in the portal but I came to know that it will take time for pickup and I won't be available if they come late. So I decided to go to office and surrender the laptop as I'm in the location of office only. Is there a seperate request to be raised for surrender of laptop and how to cancel the existing request for pickup. Please guide.Tata Consultancy

Without asking try to find out about work life balance, it can literally engulf your life
I worked 12 hours a day most days and then at least 4 hours a day over the weekend with no additional compensation. I wish I had asked about the WLB balance. I moved to another company and did ask about WLB in my interview and now I work only 9 hours some days and hardly any weekends.
You could ask what differentiates the company culture from competitors in the industry?
ask what an ideal candidate can bring to the table that would help an area she believes her company could benefit from or aligns to the strategic direction of their vision.
What kind of skills have you seen make someone successful in this role? Then you can provide examples of your experience with those skills in your thank you email to explain why you’re a good fit for the role
Ask what can the candidate bring to the table. Also ask her strengths and skills that would be helpful for the company. Hope this helps.
Ask what skills should you improve on before starting.
If the interviewer says you were a good fit for the position, don’t be afraid to ask what you can do to improve your chances for the position or whether there are any skills you should practice before starting.
Ask if there are any hesitations they might have that you can clear up. It’s essential not to use negative phrasing when asking this question. Don’t ask whether they see any flaws in you, why they are not considering hiring you, or why they think you might not be a good fit for the position.
You're getting some great advice here, I'd say the big thing to remember is that the interview does go both ways! Ask a lot around paths to success and what people are doing internally, professional development initiatives are also pretty important so I'd ask around that!@
You can ask about the career opportunities for your role. Also the expected timeline for promotion. I think these are the questions you need to ask.
