I have given interview at HCLTech and cleared technical round, I was asked to submit some documents over email and based on that HR round was finalised. HR discussion happened on 8th July 2026, it's been 13 days and there is no update. I tried to call HR multiple times, most of the times he won't take my call, last week he said that due to some issue in system we are yet to release offer. What shall I consider, have they ghosted me ?

Interviewing question: for anecdotal “tell me abt a time when..”, & similar questions - are you allowed to recycle stories from your undergrad years or do they only look for post grad/work stuff? Afraid some of the stories that sounded okay at undergrad recruiting might now come across as a bit “lightweight” in this context...like would they eye roll if we start talking about that one time we did a science competition sophomore year of college (even though it taught an important lesson)..etc.🤔

Hour long first round interview with a MM consultant friendly PE firm next week — should I expect a model? Or are they likely to fill that hour primarily with behavioral and random technical questions?

Also, if I blow it, is there any risk of burning the bridge with the HH?
