After rejecting big companies like Infosys,Wipro, etc. I've joined EPAM Anywhere due to wfh permanently and it's perks. But after spending 1 and half month HR called me to search the opportunity outside of EPAM, means they're laying off people. It's unfair behaviour of the organisation. I am a top performer, with great metrics, and I have some wonderful connections I’ve made who support me. I just can’t seem to move up. How long did it take you to move up? How many tries did it take?

Folks who exited to Google - how long after your final round did you have you wait before getting the decision? How was the decision communicated? Would love to also hear if you were confident you’d get the offer because you crushed it, or if you felt you had a mixed interview but still eventually got the offer.

From last 40-50 day's; I get call from HR ...
.they asked whether they can schedule interview on Wednesday....i said Yes.

But somehow I get schedule cancellation e-mail on or before Tuesday & the process continues from last 1.5 months

Actually i have been interviewed in Accenture .
Everything has been done even salary discussion is also .
1-assessment and i got the completion message and confirmation
2-after that interview went very well
3 - hr discussion with salary , ready to initiate my offer in 2 hr
But she called me in a minute on Friday and told me that you need to give the test again.


After 3 days on monday -today
Someone called me from hr and told me you have to appear for all the things again.
