I have got offer letter from Wells Fargo for VP(IC) role. My joining is in 2 months.
But here I see many analyst recommend not to join but reasons are not mentioned. Can anyone state 2-3 major reasons for not joining?

1. Will exl pay the variable pay fully ?
2. Hr mentioned for client meetings i may need to come to Noida on my own expenses ( from chennai) but may be once in a year.
