Hi all,
Do firms match offers from other Big 4s for campus hires? I’ve received a campus offer from both KPMG and EY. I’m more interested in the EY offer, but they are paying 3k less than KPMG.
Would it be a bad move to let them know about the other offer and try negotiating? I feel it wont make a difference in the long run, but at the same time I don’t want to leave any money on the table if possible.

I see people have also shared the reason.
It's no more an employee friendly organization.
So many benefits have been taken out... Which was there till last year. Indirectly they are doing cross cutting by putting resources into such conditions which puts mental pressure, giving below average ratings for no reason to the new team players and even after fighting nothing comes in their favours there are n number of folks face this and reported Only old rice is comfortable here. More focused on contractual resources.
The work culture is horribly bad top to bottom; unless you are politically savvy, you will likely not survive, forget about being happy.
Additionally, what makes it even worse for technical people is the work is extremely low-tech trash, slow-moving delivery processes that take the will to live out of you. And with that if you do manage to stay a couple of years here, you will never find another job in the market, so you are stuck till you get fired.
