I have joined in an org where things are different than what they promised during interview . Coming to tech stack, work days flexibility. So I want to make a move out of it. But it’s been a week that I have joined. Their official notice period is 1 month. So to the job offers call, i am saying them, that i have joined 1 week before. No one is ready to take eventough 1 month notice period. Kindly help to convince job offer calls

After 2 years of a pandemic and working independently for many years, I am not feeling interviews AT ALL. There are points in the interview where I want to just say "Look! Either hire me or don't".

How can I get over this feeling? I'm over the whole "stand in the line of fire to prove how good I am" bs. Any recommendations for getting over this or possible industries to pivot into to avoid bs interview processes and ghosting?

I recently had an interview with BNY for an Analyst role located in DE. The interview went well and I was informed by the recruiter that the team was interested. They asked if I was willing to relocate immediately, and I told him that my decision would be best made if I see an offer. I have not yet received a follow up after this(coming on two weeks) so I know that I've been ghosted. My question is, was I wrong to ask to see the offer before making a decision?
