I have my first phone interview for a copywriter position for an in-house telecommunications brand tomorrow (!) I’m making the jump from account to creative. Advice on what questions to ask the CD?

I have recently given interview at Microsoft.
HR provided the feedback as I am not rejected bit not fit for the role so they have put me in talent plus pool. What should I expect next and does this mean that I may get the offer ?

One of my friends works as a Director in Nagarro. She has been there for 7 years and has a CTC of 42 with total yoe 17. Per current trend this is low even though she is a constant top performer. She says that even though delivery people play a pivotal role, they are not paid well. In her team, she sees technical people earning 45-50 at 10-11 yoe. So the factor is 2.5 for delivery vs 4.5 to 5 for technical roles. Per her, this is quite common in Nagarro & she is not an outlier. ctd in comments

Maximum offer i have is of 23 LPA.

I accepted an offer from Cognizant for a consultant position a little less than a month ago. My joining date is 5th September and I would need visa sponsorship. I have recruiters from the same company reach out for positions at different locations. My current recruiter said once I accept this I can't interview for other positions at the same company. I don't know if this is a recent change but I’m seeing postings for junior copywriter/community manager roles. Have these roles always been attached or posted at a junior level? Is this merged role worth considering as someone young in the industry with more traditional intern and freelance copy experience.

Is location irrelevant? Been at an agency in St. Louis for around a year and it’s going well, but have an opportunity in Denver at a similarly sized shop. Is the better market worth it or will remote jobs continue to popularize?
