I have received offer from Qualcomm. They haven't mentioned about relocation bonus or accommodation in the offer letter. I have tried reaching the hr since the next day of hr round but they haven't responded to my calls or mails. Any advice on how to get accommodation and relocation bonus. Or is it not possible anymore? FYI I'm in city x and the offered position is in city y of another state.
Update :
After several follow ups Hr have agreed they will give the relocation bonus and reimbursement

Go with Salesforce.. it is a very good option. Please keep in mind Morgan Stanley do layoff contractors as and when work is done.. so being a direct employee is always better than being a contractor
Salesforce will be a good choice
Salesforce is good choice.. brand and benefits.. because it's support role, you will get to learn and later you you could justify your take experience as well...
Directly going into development might be tough because of high expectations.
Thanks! This was very helpful.

How u able get calls coz I have 2.5 years experience not getting any call from any website please suggest what I have to do get calls of interview
Stay consistent, be active on linkedin, github, leetcode, etc. apply rigorously. There’s no shortcut.
Hi, I'm Isha — 2025 B.Tech CS graduate. I dropped a year to prepare for GATE but eventually decided to focus on getting a job instead. I've been applying to fresher SDE roles at service-based MNCs on Naukri and LinkedIn but haven't received a single call yet.
Now I'm really confused — should I keep applying, or just do MTech and get placed through college placements? Is MTech worth 2 extra years just for placement? Or is there something I'm doing wrong in my job search?
Any honest advice would mean a lot. 🙏
Go for masters, trust me. The job market is brutal right now, especially for freshers. Go for placement, but doing masters wont be enough. Stay ahead of the competition. DSA and personal projects is the basic expectation if you want to get placed in a good company. My seniors told me system design was asked to senior engineers, now they have HLD LLD rounds even for 1-2 YOE candidates. And a two year course will give you enough time to build your profile, learn DSA, system design, building projects, etc. try to get internships in the first year itself. Work hard.
