I have noticed that every job for a Publicis agency goes to the same portal. They make you log in and keep a profile on you: including your note to that team. The problem is I am applying to multiple and varied roles at Publicis agencies that are very different. It feels like applying for a role demands you to at least partially override the profile you created for a previous role, which may still be under review. Does anyone have an insight or workaround? Thanks!

Hey fishes. I have been offered Management Consultant role with CTC break up in terms of JB, RB, fixed and variable. So is the fixed amount my gross salary without any other deduction except TDS, or will the organisation contribution to PF be also deducted from the fixed component? Also, will claimable components like LTA, mobile bill reimbursement etc. be in addition to this fixed component or will they be included in it?

Advise on handling rates negotiations with BIPOC and non-male creators? I always want to accept first bid and get uncomfortable when my bosses push to undercut rates (especially now when money is tight), because there is a whole history of BIPOC and non-male people getting paid less.
