Tell every single person you know what you do, and make it known that they should go to you if they’re in an accident. Put your personal business cards (with your direct contact) wherever you can. Every Uber you get into the conversation should be about what you do for a living. Be shameless. It’s worth it
You just have to be super cringe about it. I know it sucks but it's how it works. Be shameless.
Get to know the chiros. Tell them when you’re sending them a check - especially when it’s a full fee. I get a ton of referrals from chiros that I’ve made friends with.
I would recommend reaching out to close friends you attended law school with and making them aware of the types of cases you handle. Target people that don’t do PI. Also, you’ll want to do some social media marketing. A lot of people, especially family members, consider you as an expert if you just consistently post about your practice area.
I networked with treaters (GP, rmt, physio, chiro, etc) and they became the referral source.
