You have a great offer in hand. I would suggest go with 10 LPA. About onsite opportunity and that too next year, nobody knows what the covid situation will be, if things don't get good, there will obviously be a lockdown again. So, go with 10 LPA

Hike wouldn't be more than 10% . And a promotion would bring you another 20-25% max. It's Infosys after all.
4.71, you may have experience of 2 to 3 years.. getting more than 100% hike and you still have chance of getting more in next 90 days.. don't fall in trap of getting onsite as current COVID situation doesn't seem onsite friendly. They may give you promotion and hike but that will not be more than 50% of your current CTC . So just go for resignation and search more and you may get upto 12-15 which is better than onsite opportunity.

Onsite promises is everywhere.You can see 100s of post about how companies are offering every employee onsite to retain dem. Thats not even practical.
You can ask Infy to match ur offer or give sumthng close to it. If they are not willing to then they dont value you as a loyal good employee.
Everywhere they promise onsite travel but that is just a bait. Remember you are replaceable. Think about yourself. The offer is good so go for it.

My salary was 4.5L and after promotion it came to 4.5L + .5L variable, my suggestion dont fall for the trap of promotions and hike . Go with the current offer
