I have received an offer of 12 CTC from Tata Communications for Assistant Manager position but need to join within 30days, whereas my notice period is 90days without buyout option.
Either I should reject the offer or take the offer by absconding current organisation which will not give me reliving letter.

Also, Currently I am still waiting for a much awaited hike from my company, my colleague told me he received an 80-90 percent hike last year, hence the wait.
