I have received offer from Elastic NV for a Cloud GenAI Engineer role. They are offering a ₹39 lakhs base salary along with a $35K stock component. The vesting policy is 6.25% per quarter, which comes to 25% per year.
I also have an offer from Oracle OHAI for the SMTS (IC3) role, with a ₹35 lakhs base salary and a $35K stock component. The vesting schedule is 40% in the 1st year, 30% in the 2nd year, 20% in the 3rd year, and 10% in the 4th year.

I haven’t filled out the updated work history background check info yet. The reason for termination was due to performance expectations not being met. Should I reach out to my new employer and let them know that I’ve been terminated? Should I just put the termination update on the background check form and leave it at that?
