I have recently joined pwc 1 month back and on bench working 2 poc and 1 live project work is given as shadow resource. I am not liking the culture here. Plus i have heard they send to client location 5 days office. So no hybrid. I am already thinking to look somewhere else. Any suggestion if anyone has face similar situation, how easily i can switch from here and what is the notice period on probation.
