I have rejected an offer from Accenture in October. Last week I suddenly received a mail saying congrats you have entered the next step in the selection process which is document submission, so I opened the portal and it is showing as interview completed and also asking me to submit the documents. I have submitted them and now I got Background Verification related mail.
So does accenture check previous interview result and consider the candidate for any future roles?

I had a first interview last Tuesday with Amazon, which I think went well, although I still haven't heard back 6 days later and then got an OOO annual leave msg and a no response when I chased up the named colleague today. Is this typical behaviour others have experienced when dealing with the big tech company recruiters? I found Google and Facebook recruiters to be efficient and TikTok so-so, if not a little slow, but 6 days+ seems poor.

I am currently working as a Data Science Analyst in Amex and would like to make a switch to Fraud detection/Credit risk modelling in future.(not in a hurry but would like to start preparing for the same)
How should I go about preparing for it? Is MBA the only course?
