I have selected for below organization but they have not released offer letter except Cybage. Is is expected behaviour? Please share your experiences / Inputs if you have any.

I have worked in Cybage Softwares, kalyani nagar, Pune before…… Good company to work with.. WLB is great….HR activities like pool, snooker, Soft cricket happens almost every month… lots of recreational activities followed by good hikes every year… from 5% to even 27% depending on ur performance….. But avoid joining internal projects in this company as they are working on very outdated technology and in internal projects there is no wlb as folks in internal project are there in cybage for 10-15 years and consider themselves as CEO of company….. so refrain from joining internal projects….. rest all is good about CYBAGE
@infosys1 - how about salaries did they provide competive salary ?
I have 4yoe cctc8lpa .. can i expect 15-16?

Tell the companies that you want to decide prior to Last working day so share the offer letter so that I can continue, otherwise HRs will delay till Last working day and will not negotiate also once LWD is completed.

That's the reason but dont stretch it to last working day, they usually dont renegotiate after Last working day
With 15 days left only, call the HR/consultant and tell them i want to join your org but i am getting similar offer. I dont want to accept other offer if i am getting the letter from you so pls confirm on the status and timelines.

In wipro i got selected Jun 1st week. From that day they are saying in process for hr discussion.
If it is project specific recruitment it will be fast, else god only know why they are scheduling interviews without intention of releasing offer letter
Still are you on notice period?
For wipro , you will recieve offer letters and onboarding before a week .
Even the joining date is also postponed in some cases

One thing you can do
Daily get the updates on call /Mail/ Msg from HR or any concerned person from each company .
So that you can decide it asap

Congrats on bagging 7 offers. But Highly unlikely that 7 companies kept you on verbal commitment.
Is your background clear? No botched up facts on the CV?
What is the CTC being offered by them?
If all's well, then another factor maybe the end of quarter. They should release soon.

If you haven't received offer letter, have you received any verbal or written communication that they have selected you and going to release offer letter? If any of this conversation hasnt happened, then it means you are not selected or process is in progress. Follow up with the HRs and ask clearly if you are selected and by when can you expect the offer. If they don't respond, assume you are not selected and go ahead with the offer you have if you are satisfied with that.
I have from WNS and DXC . Had word with Wipro they might share confirmation they said.
