Ink Cash. Huge bonus, 0% APR, and effectively an ongoing 5x Chase points on pretty much everything. Better than anything listed here so far.
Amex Gold/Platinum, Chase Sapphire Preferred/Reserve, or Citi Premier are great for earning strong sign-up bonuses and points. Just check which has the best current offer for your spend.
Probably Capital One Venture, because you're getting 2x points for everything, and none of the purchases you've listed fall into the typical Amex/Chase bonus categories.
Once you get the card, start your purchases in increments answer check your bonus offers to see if there are any higher award possibilities (ie, 6x points for purchases at Best Buy, etc)

Check out the major cards and the points partners. For example I exclusively sign up for Chase cards for the Hyatt transfers.
From there, check out the deals between business cards and personal cards (basically anyone can signup for a business card – Google how). Business Reserve has a promo for 200k points right now.
