I have submitted Pre hire Survey in Deloitte USI 3 weeks back..Post that I haven't received any update from the HR..Every time I reach out to the recruiter he comes back saying they are waiting for Leadership approval to proceed..I am not understanding this and getting bit anxious..Can someone tell me if you have similar experience in Deloitte?

I am done with my client interview and it went well but they are asking me to come to gugaon location.
I am from Bangalore location.
I directly said to client that I can't since I have my family here.
When I inform this to my manager he is saying how come u say like this to client.according to kpmg policy u need to travel to anywhere to work.
This is not good right. What should be my reply to the client in such a case and how to handle manager on this?
