Hi guys, I am looking for a change after 11 years serving in the current organization. I have total 13 yrs exp. with only 13 LPA as I am in the same organization and didn't switch. With EY in the HR discussion they stated 19.4 LPA fixed, but I requested for 20 LPA fixed (though the difference is not much). The HR stated they may need to take approvals and the call ended. Do you know whether they will come back? How many days usually it takes HR to come back? It's the 3rd day almost.

Guys I got three offers. Not to show off. But I feel extremely guilty for the HR for dropping those two offers. Do you also guys feel the same or is it because I'm sensitive.

But there is one pwc HR I attended two rounds. But she doesn't even attend my call now or reply my email. What should I say? I got an offer from one company for 18 LPA (fixed) + 2 LPA (variable). After one week, I got another offer for 21 LPA fixed from a small UK based company.

Now the first recruiter messaged me on whatsapp to ask if I got another offer. What should I say to her? I have just 20 days left in my notice period.

I’m having offer from EPAM Anywhere of 19.4 lpa for 5 yrs React exp. But concerned about policies of EPAM anywhere. So I did not resign yet. Also cognizant and HCL delaying offer discussions due to 3 month notice period. Any suggestions how should I tackle the situation to get the offer?
