I have completed HR discussion round they were asking about my LWD..I said it is officially 90 days.. so should I discuss with my present company manager about LWD before or after getting offer letter

THOMson Reutera will be best choice. Their policies and work life balance is superb.
TR gives you great work life balance, but the growth is less compared to other companies with your domain.
They are investing heavily into AI, unless you are skilled enough to use it/implement in your projects, you'd become a soft target.
I see they offered you a very good pay compared to an existing employee above your experience levels. But once you join, don't expect two digit hikes. It has become rare across teams and projects.
Considering the recent events and also how the stock has been consistently trending downwards since a couple of years, I'd think twice before joining and this would be my last option. Good luck!

Compensation wise Nagarro would be a no brainer but try to get in touch with people working in same field in these organisations and ask about their experience and current Pipeline and future around the incoming projects.This would give you some more clarity to come to a decision.
