I have the Sapphire Reserve (it seems I'm supposed to refer to it as the CSR here). And I have always been resistant to juggling multiple cards. But as my grocery spend increases I'm suddenly aware of this whole pairing concept.

Is it accurate that if I get the free Flex Unlimited I can get 5% on groceries (for a year), 3% on drugstores, and 1.5% on everything else, AND I can transfer those points to my CSR account and effectively get 7.5%, 4.5%, or 2.25% back on my spend?

Luggage delay claim question

I used Chase explorer to buy tickets for my vacation and luggages were delayed for a month. Per chase term I am entitled $100 a day for 3 days. But the claim agency chase used has been asking for airlines response, which has not came (2month+ now). I am concerned insurance will use this as an excuse to never compensate. Is there a good way to handle this situation?
