I have the Star alliance Gold status. I have international travel coming up through Turkish airlines. Can someone tell me how much excess baggage ( check in ) will I be allowed if I have Star alliance Gold status? I tried calling Turkish twice and both times I got different responses. Their website doesn’t really specify anything. Turkish’s Elite status is equivalent to Star alliance gold and allows 20kg additional/ 1 extra bag.
