I have this specific question for the Accenture people working as IDs. While scrolling job portals and LinkedIn, I can mostly see Accenture's ID vacancies. I also get contacted by many of the consulting firms for Accenture. This case is mostly for all 12 months. Is it because Accenture has a high number of learning projects or the attrition rate is higher?

I am curious to understand this because I am thinking to join Accenture.
